The Southwest PA Woodland Owners with The PA Tree Farm System are holding a Field day on September 18th. The target audience is woodland owners in the 10 county area of southwest PA.

Enhance your understanding of the woods for recreation, production, wildlife and aesthetics. Learn about: crop tree management, chainsaw safety and directional felling, small scale millingand drying, tree planting, American Chestnut recovey, and habitat development

The event is all day with coffee and a complimentary lunch included. The event has an exceptional group of speakers and tour leaders. Attendance is FREE of charge, but we are asking people to pre-register so we can get a count for planning purposes
